Set of 2 Antique Fencing Swords and Masks, 1900s French Epée, Dueling Swords

This is a very nice set of 2 antique French fencing swords (épées) and 2 protective masks from the late 1800s / early 1900s.

The épées are from Parisian fencing equipment manufacturer G. Pion. The base of the blade is marked with a hand-engraved cursive “G. Pion" signature.
Both blades are 3-sided with a flat tip and made of steel. The handles are wrapped with rope.

The masks are made of metal mesh and leather trims.
